1. Shipping
   After Purchase, OK! Gel Polish require 3-7 Business days to process your order and 3-10 Business Days to deliver your products within the USA. For international shipping you will be updated on the deliver and shipping according to the mail service between US and your Country, we will use to deliver you products.
2. Returns & Refunds: OK! Gel Polish will gladly accept your returns within 15 days of your purchase. Refunds will be applied between 10-30 Business Days.
   

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject: Exchange Online Purchase and description of the defect and copy of the receipt. The details of exchange will be send to your email once we received.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.

Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
